Our Services:
We started the business selling portable metal buildings. We then opened a "small" car lot. Then we added Carolina Carports to our growing line of products. In July, 2006, J Bar L Feed Store across the interstate from us decided to close their doors. Jim Splawn (owner and friend) asked if we would be interested in selling the feed. We then became a Purina Dealer and started out with a small inventory of livestock feed. We have continued to grow and expand and constantly adding to our line of products!
In April 2009, we moved to our new drive-thru location which is located approximately three tenths of a mile east of where our old location was. We are very excited about the opportunity to open our new location! With the new building, we are able to have an indoor store with a lot more room to display products in. Customers can move around and actually see our products without being in such a crowded, small area! Our feed barn has a drive-thru area allowing Customers to pull in and have their feed loaded right inside the barn area! Those raining days will no longer be a problem! We are very proud of our new place and hope you will come out and see us soon!
We have our regular customers and are constantly striving to "get the word out" to new customers. If we don't stock what you need, we'll try to find it and order it for you in the color, size, and quantity you desire. If you want to know more about a product or feed --its suitability, availability, popularity, composition -- we'll provide you with the answer. We can custom order portable buildings, carports, barns, playhouses...you name it, we can do it!
We have been updating our website and will be offering special savings and are planning on an online bulletin board. Our bulletin board in the feedstore is becoming more and more popular! Our goal is to have an online version of the bulletin board so our customers have an outlet to see and choose from local merchants or buy/sell or trade from people in our area. We will take phone orders for hay sales and delivery from our regular customers or from new customers with approved credit cards.
